心やさしいメイソン 

スクールバスに乗るとメイソンはいつでも身体が悪く動けない
マリアの隣に座り靴を履かせたりお世話をする。

In the school bus, Mason always sits next to Maria, who is physically handicapped and cannot move easily.  He helps Maria to wear shoes and such, and takes care of her. 

バスの中だけではない。
どこでも自由に座れる時は必ずそこにいる中で一番弱い子の隣にすわる。
It's not only in the bus, wherever he is, when he is allowed to choose where to sit, he sits next to a child who is most severely handicapped in the group.
お誕生会にお呼ばれした時も部屋にに入った途端に誰が一番弱い子か
すぐにわかるようで、弱い子の隣りに必ず座る。

When he is invited to a birthday party, it seems he can tell who is the weakest in the room as soon as he enters the room, and he sits next to the child.

マミーがクラスで一番仲の良い子は誰？と聞くと
クラスで一番弱いマリアの名前を言う。
When Mommy asks who is his best friend, his answer is Maria, the weakest child in the class.
いつも遊ぶ子は別にいるのに・・・・
But actually he has other friend he always plays with . . .
夏のキャンプでハイキングに行くと身体の弱い（ただし口は達者）アンソニーが
段差のある場所があると必ず大きな声でメイソンを呼ぶ。
「メイソ〜ン！メイソ〜ン！　ヘルプ　　」

At the summer camp, Anthony who is physically weak (but quite a talker) calls out Mason when he comes to a bump on the road, "Masoooon, Masoooon, Help!"

メイソンはあわてて駆け寄り手を貸してあげる。
メイソンはやさしいね・・・・・

Mason dashes to him and gives him a hand.

How kind Mason is . . .
